About The Position

The Casino Host is responsible for enhancing gaming revenues through increased visitation and player consolidation. This role focuses on creating loyalty among valued customers by building lasting relationships and utilizing marketing techniques. The Casino Host ensures a fun-filled, welcoming experience for guests, maintaining close ties through personal contact via phone and in person. Responsibilities include greeting charter arrivals at Atlantic City airport, welcoming guests during check-in/check-out, in the casino, and participating in special events. The role involves anticipating guest needs, quickly responding to requests for transportation and accommodations, and using sound judgment to make decisions in accordance with established comp guidelines. The Casino Host must handle difficult guests and situations calmly and professionally, while fully complying with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and policies, conducting themselves with the highest levels of integrity and honesty. Other duties may be assigned.
