About The Position

Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a motivated and outgoing Casino Floor Runner to provide exceptional guest service in a comfortable, fun casino environment. The role combines customer service, cash handling and accounting, register operation, bar inventory stocking and display, drink preparation, housekeeping, and assistance to casino cashiers. The Casino Floor Runner also supports gaming machine customers, verifies and pays out machine wins, and helps maintain casino safety, security, and cleanliness. The position requires a neat appearance in uniform, accurate handling of cash and shift paperwork, and attentive service to regular guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and remember regular customers’ names and faces.
• Handle cash and accounting, operate a cash register, make change accurately, and account for large amounts of cash.
• Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventory.
• Mix and complete drink orders efficiently and assist casino cashiers.
• Perform housekeeping inside and outside the casino, including cleaning restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, tables, games, and messes; dusting; emptying trash cans and dishes; and arranging bar furniture neatly.
• Use the safety manual and maintain casino restroom logs.
• Monitor legal age requirements.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately and effectively.
• Suggest sales and assist customers with gaming machine operations.
• Wear the uniform and maintain a neat, clean appearance.
• Maintain casino safety and security.
• Answer and screen phone calls.
• Assist patrons in verifying wins and record and make payouts to gambling machine winners.
• Advise the manager of personnel situations or policy violations that adversely affect casino operating performance.
