Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part-Time (15-24hrs/week) Cashiers at our Food Store location in La Ronge, Saskatchewan. Lake Country Co-op does business differently. Requirements

Honest, trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do.
Well-organized and capable of attaining a high level of production with a minimum amount of supervision.
Strongly service-oriented, motivated, and capable of assisting customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
Attentive to detail and possess strong cash management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Ability to fulfill physical job requirements, such as standing for extended periods with some repetitive motions.
Possess a flexible work schedule, including days, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer focused approach.
Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
Perform cashing duties, serve guests, pack groceries, stock products, face shelves, and perform general housekeeping duties.
Use the point-of-sale (POS) system to accept various payment methods and provide accurate change when necessary.
Maintain a tidy, organized, and sanitized work area.
Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures.
Perform all other duties, as assigned.
