About The Position

As a Cashier at Meijer, you will provide efficient, effective customer service in the checkout lane and create positive, memorable experiences for customers. You will serve as the last touchpoint customers have before leaving the store, using Meijer systems to complete transactions accurately and handling cash and payments responsibly. You will also answer questions, help resolve concerns, and support other tasks as needed to keep store operations running smoothly.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
Comfortable learning and using technology.
Able to listen well, communicate clearly, and stay organized.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to help.
Able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
