About The Position

The Cashier position is responsible for ensuring the front office is in order, handling customer inquiries and issues, processing various financial transactions, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication and basic math skills, along with experience in Storis and cashiering. The position is non-safety sensitive and offers a fun work environment with a comprehensive benefits package.

Storis and cashier experience required.
Ability to perform basic math skills required.
Ability to communicate effectively and positively with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

Ensure the front office is in order.
Answer the phone.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) problems.
Process check requests.
Perform manual posts.
Address minor customer service problems.
Manage tax-exempt paperwork, ensuring proper documentation, noting tickets, and maintaining records.
Balance credit card machines at the close of business.
Run store and special order totals at the close of business.
Add zip codes not in STORIS.
Run reports (D1, F3) throughout the day to ensure sales have scheduled tickets paid by the deadline, adjusting those not paid by 9 pm to estimated.
Remove discount amounts for promotional events and process tickets for MBF gift cards.
Read customer accounts receivables ledger inquiries to ensure accurate customer transactions.
Ensure late delivery tickets are added.
Perform any other duties as directed by management.
