About The Position

As a Team Member at Border Foods, you help serve customers with great-tasting food and provide friendly service while representing the brand. The role supports restaurant operations during evening and closing hours; exact shifts vary by restaurant and depend on each location’s needs. Team Members may prepare food, assemble and package orders, take customer orders and payments, and maintain clean and safe work and dining areas. The role’s priority sequence is safety, service, cleaning, and stocking. Duties may change, and Border Foods may add or remove responsibilities.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients.
• Assemble food orders and check that orders are correct.
• Package products.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Learn menu items and promotions.
• Greet customers in the restaurant.
• Take customer orders.
• Handle payments and thank customers.
• Maintain a clean and safe working and dining environment.
• Follow the priority sequence of safety, service, cleaning, and stocking.
• Work with the team to provide great customer service and support restaurant needs.
