About The Position

The Cashier/Team Member serves customers and supports restaurant operations during evening and/or closing shifts. The role includes preparing and packaging food, assembling orders and checking their accuracy, taking customer orders and payments, and maintaining clean and safe work areas. Team Members are expected to know menu items and promotions, provide friendly service, and help wherever the team needs them. Exact shifts vary by restaurant according to each location’s needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food ingredients.
• Assemble food orders and check that orders are correct.
• Package products.

• Greet customers in the restaurant.
• Take customer orders.
• Handle payments and thank customers.
• Maintain a clean, safe working and dining environment.
• Follow the priority sequence of safety, service, cleaning, and stocking.
