About The Position

As a Team Member at Border Foods, you represent the Taco Bell brand by preparing and serving great-tasting food and providing excellent customer service. The role supports restaurant operations during evening and closing shifts, including the dinner rush and end-of-day service. Exact shifts vary by restaurant and are scheduled according to each location’s needs.

Team Members may prepare food ingredients, assemble and package orders, check order accuracy, greet customers, take orders, handle payments, and maintain clean and safe work and dining environments. The role prioritizes safety, service, cleaning, and stocking. Physical demands include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
