About The Position

The Cashier is a frontline team member responsible for delivering a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience. As the final point of contact in the customer journey, the Cashier helps leave a positive impression and reinforce sneaker culture through great service. Cashiers represent the brand, connect with shoppers, support smooth transactions, and contribute to daily store operations and sales goals. The role calls for attention to detail, positive energy, and a team-first mindset.

Requirements

Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable, motivated, eager to learn, and a good teammate.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming checkout experience.
Accurately process purchases, returns, exchanges, and gift card transactions.
Answer basic customer questions and provide support as needed.
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately while following cash-handling procedures.
Assist with daily store operations, including restocking, fitting room upkeep, and keeping checkout areas clean and organized.
Maintain store recovery and visual standards so the front of the store is customer-ready.
Follow safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
Handle company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Collaborate with teammates and leaders to achieve daily store goals.
Participate in training and coaching to build skills and grow in the role.
Contribute positive energy to a respectful, inclusive, team-oriented environment.
Maintain a solution-oriented mindset and support the team where needed.
Help drive store sales and conversion through customer interactions and complete daily tasks accurately and on time.
