About The Position

The Cashier delivers excellent guest service while efficiently handling transactions in a fast-paced quick-service restaurant environment. The role includes greeting guests, taking and confirming orders, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Cashiers are expected to follow attendance and uniform policies, complete assigned side work, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Requirements

Basic English comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain a proper, clean uniform and arrive on time in accordance with attendance policies.
Accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
Take, repeat, and confirm guest orders.
Suggest additional items to enhance the guest experience.
Explain promotions, coupons, and pager systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Stock and manage display cases.
Complete side work duties assigned by management.
