About The Position

The Cashier plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at Coach. The position provides efficient, friendly service at the cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and supporting team development. The Cashier acts as a brand ambassador, creating a lasting impression through genuine interactions and adherence to Coach Service standards. This is a temporary position. The role requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays. The position involves regularly lifting at least 25 lbs (and occasionally up to 50 lbs), as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering around the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles.
Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, high-traffic retail days, and public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greet customers warmly, and create a lasting impression.
Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards.
Maintain accuracy in cash handling and media management, and comply with all policies.
Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards.
Complete end-of-shift audits with management.
Keep the cashwrap organized and clean, monitor equipment, and promptly report issues.
Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
