About The Position

The Cashier plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at Coach. This position provides efficient, friendly service at the cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and supporting team development. Acting as a brand ambassador, the Cashier creates a lasting impression through genuine interactions and adherence to Coach Service standards. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles.
Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, and to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Luxury retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greet customers warmly, and create a lasting impression.
Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards.
Maintain accuracy in cash handling and media management, and comply with company policies.
Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards.
Complete end-of-shift audits with management.
Keep the cashwrap organized and clean, monitor equipment, and report issues promptly.
Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
