About The Position

The Cashier plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience at Coach. The position provides efficient, friendly service at the cashwrap while maintaining operational accuracy and supporting team development. As a brand ambassador, the Cashier creates a lasting impression through genuine customer interactions and adherence to Coach Service standards. This temporary role requires a flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days such as public holidays. The work includes regularly lifting at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally), as well as climbing, bending, kneeling, and maneuvering through the sales floor and stockroom.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in cashier or retail roles; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Familiarity with POS systems, mobile technology, and basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong English language proficiency (for EU).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days, including public holidays.
Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at checkout, greet customers warmly, and create a lasting impression.
Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program and promote add-on sales and gift cards.
Maintain accuracy in cash handling and media management, and comply with company policies.
Process returns, repairs, and damaged goods according to company standards.
Complete end-of-shift audits with management.
Keep the cashwrap organized and clean, monitor equipment, and promptly report issues.
Assist in training and mentoring cashiers to uphold service and operational excellence.
