About The Position

The Cashier is responsible for performing assigned tasks and duties within the restaurant, including guest service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and working as part of a team. The role requires working productively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a fast speed of service, interacting with guests, collaborating with other team members, following safety and security procedures, and completing other duties assigned by restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions.
• Maintain daily restaurant cleanliness by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping floors, washing, sanitizing, and disinfecting kitchen utensils and high-touch areas, and servicing restrooms.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and calmly, resolving problems according to restaurant policy.
• Work productively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a fast speed of service.
• Work closely with other team members to complete tasks.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Management Team.
