About The Position

In this position, you’ll ensure the Front End operates smoothly and employees have the tools and resources needed to provide incredible service to customers exiting the store. This role is suited to someone with an outgoing personality who wants to use their leadership skills. The location is 41 Ridge Sq. NW, Washington, DC 20016. Availability is required for mornings, afternoons, and evenings, including weekends; shifts may end as late as 12:15 a.m. Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Requirements

Customer service experience.
Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

Proactively approach customers, help them locate products, and answer their questions.
Promptly respond to cashiers’ requests for assistance so customer needs are met quickly and efficiently.
Monitor customer flow and traffic patterns throughout the store, manage the number of open lanes, and operate registers as needed to reduce customer wait times.
