The Cashier / Service Drive Porter ensures that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a guest-friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining exceptional communication standards, solid product knowledge, and a sincere desire to delight every guest. The ideal candidate will have a passion for being a team player and working in a fast-paced environment. Part-Time Cashier / Service Drive Porter The Cashier/Service Drive Porter plays a vital role in creating an exceptional guest experience at Jaguar Land Rover. As one of the first and last team members our guests interact with, this position sets the tone for every visit through professionalism, efficiency, and outstanding customer service. In this role, you will warmly greet guests, assist with directions throughout the dealership, process parts and service transactions, and ensure vehicles are retrieved and delivered promptly. You will accurately handle cash, check, and credit card payments while maintaining confidentiality and security of all payments, keys, and customer information. During peak service drive hours, you will support the flow of the service lane to help ensure guests are assisted in a timely and seamless manner. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in attention to detail, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
