We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused Service Driver Greeter to join our team to ensure our valued customers have a positive, efficient dealership experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, welcoming, and contributes to operational excellence through strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Friendly and approachable with a team-player attitude.
Proficient computer skills and experience with data entry.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays and holidays.
Must have a valid ARIZONA driver’s license and clean driving record.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Greet customers as they arrive on the Service Drive and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor or department for further assistance.
Provide customers with basic information about our services and assist in scheduling appointments, if necessary.
Monitor customer wait times and communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a timely and efficient service experience.
Address any customer concerns or complaints and escalate to management when necessary.
Maintain a neat and organized Service Drive area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
Air tires and reset tire pressure monitors.
