About The Position

This unique hybrid role gives you the opportunity to work alongside both the Sales and Service departments, making every day different. As a Service Drive & Lot Attendant, you'll provide outstanding customer service in our Service Drive while also helping keep our dealership lot organized, presentable, and ready for customers.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Reliability and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A valid driver's license
• The energy to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Responsibilities

• Greet service customers with a friendly, professional attitude
• Record customer and vehicle information accurately
• Tag vehicle keys and assist with light computer work
• Move customer and inventory vehicles safely throughout the dealership
• Organize and display vehicles on the lot
• Keep vehicles looking their best with light cleaning and washing
• Maintain the appearance of the dealership lot, both inside and outside
• Ensure vehicles are fueled and ready for customers
• Assist with snow removal during the winter months
• Transport vehicles between O'Regan's locations as needed
• Support both the Service and Sales teams with other duties as assigned
