About The Position

Lia CJDR Northampton is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist. The role supports the service, parts, and sales departments by processing customer payments and deposits, handling accounting-system paperwork, and assisting customers by phone and in person. Automotive experience is helpful, but the company is willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Take payments from service and parts customers.
• Close repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system.
• Compile and balance the daily parts and service deposit.
• Receipt customer deposits for the sales department.
• Answer service phones.
• Make service appointments.
• Assist service customers as needed.
