About The Position
Lia CJDR Northampton is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to support its service, parts, and sales departments. The role handles customer payments, accounting-system transactions, daily deposits, service calls and appointments, and assistance to service customers. Automotive experience is helpful, but the company is willing to train the right person. The Lia Auto Group operates 21 dealerships across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts and has more than 1,500 staff members. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Take payments from service and parts customers.
- Close repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system.
- Compile and balance daily parts and service deposits.
- Receipt customer deposits for the sales department.
- Answer service phones.
- Make service appointments.
- Assist service customers when needed.
