About The Position

The Team Member provides exceptional guest service while working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures. The position operates under the direction of the General Manager, Assistant Managers, and Shift Coordinators, and interacts directly with guests and members of the field operations team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing payments.
• Prepare and package food and drink products.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, including the dining room, restroom, and exterior.

• Unload and stock inventory items as needed.
• Attend assigned shifts promptly and regularly.
• Follow Burger King uniform and grooming standards and policies.
