About The Position
This role is responsible for managing vehicle locations, ensuring accuracy in parking documentation, and handling customer interactions related to valet parking services. The position involves point-of-sales functions, including guest courtesy, communicating parking options, and maintaining accurate records. The Cashier-Dispatcher also monitors radio communications for shuttle bus drivers and performs other assigned duties. The work environment is diverse, fast-paced, and requires the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to last-minute changes.

- Ability to handle monetary transactions with accuracy.
- Ability to monitor radio communications.
Responsibilities
- Ensures files properly reflect the location of all vehicles parked.
- Reviews parking tickets for accuracy and completeness.
- Performs Point of Sales functions, including extending customer courtesy to guests.
- Communicates parking options to guests.
- Ensures proper documentation on the Parking Validation Log.
- Effectively communicates availability of spaces to management.
- Effectively communicates equipment failure to management.
- Accepts cash or casino parking receipts and issues parking receipts.
- Handles monetary transactions with accuracy.
- Monitors radio for shuttle bus drivers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
