The Cash Reconciliation Specialist will balance user batches and posting reports with bank balances. This role involves data entry, utilizing investigative skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, or ensuring they are corrected. The specialist will also scan and upload checks for posting and deposit onsite payments via the bank web portal. All issues identified will be reported to the Supervisor as needed. This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday.
