Position Summary The Cash Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for analyzing and reconciling payment activity across bank deposits, remittance files, and internal systems. This role requires a highly analytical mindset to investigate discrepancies, interpret complex remittance data, and resolve variances across the revenue cycle. The position focuses on identifying root causes, improving reconciliation accuracy, and driving insights that enhance payment alignment between billing, EDI, and cash operations

Requirements

2+ years of experience in cash applications, reconciliation, or revenue cycle analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret payment and remittance data
Proficiency in Excel (data review, trending, basic analysis)

Nice To Haves

Experience with ERA/EFT and 835 file interpretation
Advanced attention to detail in a high-volume, complex environment

Responsibilities
