In this role, you will supervise individuals on pretrial release, monitoring compliance with court-ordered conditions, including court appearances, testing requirements, electronic monitoring, curfews, travel restrictions, and no-contact orders. You will maintain regular contact with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and remote check-ins to support successful supervision. You will also connect clients with community resources and support services while collaborating with law enforcement, courts, treatment providers, and other partner agencies. Additionally, you will prepare and process supervision-related documentation, including case notes, reports, release agreements, and revocation requests when needed. You will maintain accurate case files and records, ensuring timely data entry and compliance with departmental and legal recordkeeping requirements. You will also assist with client drug screening, investigation reports, statistical reporting, and other case management activities as assigned. You will attend court hearings, provide case information to the court, and testify regarding client compliance when required. Finally, you will support departmental operations by assisting with staff training, mentoring new employees, and participating in special projects or assignments as needed.
