About The Position
Skillforce is currently hiring experienced Millwork & Cabinet Installers to join our team in Nashville, TN. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience installing commercial cabinetry, casework, and custom millwork and take pride in delivering high-quality, precise installations.
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience installing custom cabinetry and millwork
- Familiarity with frameless cabinet installs and casework systems
- Able to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Install custom cabinetry, casework, paneling, trim, and architectural millwork
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and installation plans to ensure accuracy
- Verify that all installations adhere to quality standards, design specifications, and customers' expectations
- Troubleshoot to resolve fit and alignment issues
- Adjusting doors, drawers, and specialty hardware
