About The Position
CVS Health is seeking a dependable Case Picker to accurately pick merchandise cases and prepare them for shipment while complying with safety and quality standards. This role works in a fast-paced warehouse environment and involves handling cases, preparing pallets for transport, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. The position is full-time, scheduled for the third shift from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The listed starting rate is $20 per hour plus a $1 shift differential; the stated pay range is $16.00–$28.84 per hour, with actual compensation based on factors such as experience, education, and geography.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities
- Pick merchandise cases based on store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.
- Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.
- Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area by following safety guidelines.
- Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.
- Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.
