Casepicker 3rd Shift - 11pm to 7am - $20/hour plus $1.00 Shift Differential!
About The Position
As a Case Picker, you will use a QPR (ride-on transporter with a remote) and the Jennifer Voice Pick System to select customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Guided by voice technology, you will navigate designated picking areas, retrieve products accurately, and build stable, quality pallets destined for stores and customers. The role combines physical activity, problem-solving, and technology, with independent work contributing to facility productivity and service goals. Team members are expected to maintain high accuracy standards, meet performance targets, and select products safely and efficiently. Training is provided for required equipment certification.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Good written and verbal skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
- Must be certified on all equipment needed to complete job tasks; training is provided.
