About The Position

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager in the STRIDE Program in Payson, Utah. STRIDE is a partial-day treatment program serving children ages 5–12 who need extra support with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In this role, you'll help create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where kids can build confidence, develop coping skills, and thrive. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
• Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
• Valid driver's license
• Basic understanding of Social Work principles
• Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach

Nice To Haves

• Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with students to assess needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Connect families with helpful resources and coordinate care with schools and other providers
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams and school staff
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation
