About The Position

Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing Mental Health and Substance Use challenges. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $21.15–$29.58/hour. Based on site at our Foothill Residential Center in Spanish Fork, Utah, you'll work directly with clients and their families in a supportive, hands-on environment. Requirements

Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license or Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC/LASUDC)
Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW or SUDC/LASUDC licensure
Valid driver's license
Basic understanding of Social Work principles
Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach

Nice To Haves

Applicants under the "working toward SUDC or SSW" pathway must obtain their SUDC or SSW license within 24 months of hire.
Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Responsibilities

Complete client assessments to identify needs and strengths
Develop individualized care plans and update them as clients progress
Coordinate services, resources, and community support
Collaborate with clinicians, treatment teams, and other professionals
Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation
Help client's problem-solve barriers and build essential life skills
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered mindset
