About The Position

Wasatch Behavioral Health is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager to work at their Foothill Residential Center in Spanish Fork, Utah. This role offers a competitive hourly wage and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals facing Mental Health and Substance Use challenges. The Case Manager will work directly with clients and their families in a supportive, hands-on environment. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license or Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDC/LASUDC)
  • OR Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW or SUDC/LASUDC licensure
  • Applicants under the "working toward SUDC or SSW" pathway must obtain their SUDC or SSW license within 24 months of hire
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic understanding of Social Work principles
  • Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, motor vehicle record review and criminal background check
  • Complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing after hire
  • Provide an official copy of licensure or certification upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment

Responsibilities

  • Complete client assessments to identify needs and strengths
  • Develop individualized care plans and update them as clients progress
  • Coordinate services, resources, and community support
  • Collaborate with clinicians, treatment teams, and other professionals
  • Monitor client progress and maintain accurate documentation
  • Help client's problem-solve barriers and build essential life skills
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
  • Approach every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and a client-centered mindset
