At Valley CTOS, Case Managers work alongside clients to identify what matters most to them and build the skills, resources, and confidence to get there. Through individualized support and psychosocial rehabilitation, you’ll help clients overcome barriers, strengthen independence, and turn personal goals into meaningful progress. Case Managers provide psychosocial rehabilitative services as indicated by the client’s care plan to support clients in meeting their individualized goals. Case Managers are responsible for utilizing evidence-based practices, meeting fiscal responsibilities, and ensuring that regulatory compliance and organizational standards are met.
