This position provides case management services to clients approved for the Colorado Works Program and Child Care Assistance Program (CCCAP) benefits according to State and County regulations. The role involves communicating program expectations, conducting assessments to identify job readiness, strengths, and barriers, and developing Individualized Plans (IP) to work toward self-sufficiency. The position also determines initial and continuing eligibility for CCCAP and the County’s General Assistance Program. The role has three levels: Level I involves basic skills with close supervision and limited experience. Level II applies skills at an intermediate level with minimal supervision. Level III works on varied tasks from routine to complex with general supervision and relies on experience and judgment.
