Requirements

• 2+ years in personal injury (PI) law, legal operations, case management, or claims handling
• Process-driven and detail-oriented
• Effective communication with both clients and attorneys
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Bilingual in Portuguese/English (required)

Responsibilities

• Open insurance claims and manage communication with carriers
• Request, track, and follow up on medical records and police reports
• Monitor lien and subrogation issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Partner with lead paralegals to prepare cases for demand drafting
• Identify and fix operational bottlenecks
