CONTRACT: Case Management (4-Month Term)
About The Position
Morrison Center is seeking a state-wide Contracted Case Manager to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maine. This is a temporary, independent contractor engagement for a defined four-month term, July through October. The position is remote with in-person home and community visits, and candidates must be located in Maine. Work hours are flexible, Monday through Friday. Compensation is $65 per billable hour. Morrison Center is a private, non-profit organization whose mission is to provide comprehensive, individualized support services to children and adults with developmental disabilities. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 1 year of experience working with adults in human services.
- Relevant case management experience and satisfaction of all applicable professional requirements and qualifications.
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be located in Maine.

- Experience with PCPs, family systems, and the Evergreen system.
Responsibilities
- Support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals.
- Develop and manage Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), assessments, and service goals.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with Department of Health and Human Services requirements.
- Conduct monthly home visits and maintain open communication with clients and families.
- Research and collaborate with service providers to ensure effective supports are in place.
- Serve as a trusted resource and advocate in the community.
