About The Position

Morrison Center is seeking a Contracted Case Manager for a statewide, remote position with in-person engagement requirements. The role involves supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals, developing Person-Centered Plans (PCPs), assessments, and service goals. The Case Manager will ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with Department of Health and Human Services requirements, conduct monthly home visits, and collaborate with service providers. This is a temporary contract position for a defined term of 4 months, from July to October, and does not constitute employment. The position requires the candidate to be located in Maine.

Requirements

• Relevant case management experience
• Meet all applicable professional requirements and qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with adults in human services
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of professionalism
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be in Maine

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PCPs, family systems, and the Evergreen system
