About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or undergraduate degree, or four years of equivalent experience.
• Two years of experience in case management, care coordination, behavioral health, social services, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience working with veterans and military-connected individuals.
• Licensed or license-eligible in the State of Idaho, if relevant for the degree.
• Demonstrated willingness and desire to work with the veteran population.
• Demonstrated understanding of behavioral health issues and difficult patient populations.
• Working knowledge of city, county, state, and federal social service resources for patients with behavioral health issues.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with grant-funded programs and data collection.
