About The Position

Community mental health center located in the heart of Wyoming is seeking a Case Manager to provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment case management and related services in our Riverton office. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p, however, the provision of services during evening and weekend hours may required (with advanced notice). Fremont Counseling Service is a small team of dedicated individuals that have a passion for helping others. Our organization is a CARF accredited, private, non-profit, community mental health and substance use disorder treatment center that has been serving Fremont County since 1959. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in human services (psychology, criminal justice, addictions, etc) from an accredited institution. Experience providing mental health and substance use disorder services in a community mental health center preferred. Services (individual outpatient and group intensive outpatient) are provided in-person, via telehealth, or in the community. On the job training provided and job shadowing may be required before working independently. We see our differences as strengths and use them to build up and support a cohesive and unified team. Compensation: $45,000 - $49,920 annually plus benefits, dependent upon experience. Position is full-time and classified as Non-Exempt (eligible for overtime).
