Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program in New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside IFSS Family Support workers to observe client interactions, encourage and assist with client engagements, attend family support meetings, and collaborate services with other internal and external providers
- Provide culturally competent care to client population
- Collaborate with system partners as needed, and continuously assess client needs and adjust services accordingly
