About The Position

The Good Seed CDC is seeking a passionate, organized, and strategic Case Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, client-centered case management services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Case Manager will manage a caseload of 15-20 participants, acting as their primary point of contact and guiding them towards housing stability and long-term well-being.
