About The Position

Mount Olivet Rolling Acres (MORA) is a diverse and inclusive nonprofit that has supported adults, seniors, and children with developmental disabilities, behavioral health needs, as well as age-related and chronic medical conditions for over 50 years in the Twin Cities metro. Due to continued growth in our Case Management department, we are seeking a Case Manager Supervisor for clients in our office location in Little Canada. MORA offers a wide array of services including Adult Day Services, Contracted Case Management, Community Supports, over 30 Residential Homes, Respite, Therapeutic Recreation, Training for Guardians & Families, and a Discover Summer Daytime Programming for Youth with Disabilities. Our Metro Crisis Coordination Program (MCCP) offers a safety net of crucial and cost-effective services for adults and children. This is a full-time position with a schedule of M-F daytime/business hours, offering an annual salary of $70,800 (DOQ) plus a strong benefit package.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major in social work, psychology, special education, nursing, sociology or closely related field
  • Three years of experience with persons with developmental disabilities/related condition, mental health and/or aging population
  • Must be able to successfully complete company’s physical demands document.
  • Must pass Department of Human Services background check and maintain “qualified” status
  • Must not be excluded from working in government health programs by the Office of Inspector General
  • If using own vehicle for company business, must have a current valid driver’s license and must have insurance as required by state law

Nice To Haves

  • DD experience
  • BA/BS degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing or Human Services related degree, and qualify as a QDDP/QIDP
  • Social Work Licensure
  • Minimum of one year experience as a case manager at Mount Olivet Rolling Acres
  • Proven leadership and supervision experience
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Proven communication skills
  • Must understand the person-centered process
  • Agreement with continuous quality improvement process and mission/values

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all functions of Case Manager Job Description
  • Supervise, train, support and evaluate staff
  • Maintains/achieves billing goals for their case load and their team
  • Assures quality, person-centered services for individuals served
  • Assures quality services by providing supervision, direction, training and support to staff
  • Coordinates program services with all other aspects of the service system
  • Participate, attend and or chair committees, teams and or focus groups as needed as assigned
  • Works harmoniously with and shows respect for employees, supervisors, vendors and clients
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Provide contracted case management services to a partial case load
