About The Position

Our integrated programs and services offer coordinated care to people of all ages in their homes, the community, and in our clinics. We strive for excellence in clinical care as we serve those living with mental illness, substance use disorders, crisis, unstable housing, and trauma. Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in behavioral sciences.
- Completed 2,000 or more hours of delivering supervised services to clients with mental illness, substance use disorder, or emotional disturbance
- Currently serving a federally recognized tribe and meets the definition of "vendor of medical care."
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations
- Experience delivering either in-home or crisis services
- Experience with Electronic Health Record systems
Responsibilities
- Answering phones to triage and determine the need for mobile crisis response
- Providing diagnostic and crisis assessment
- Crisis intervention
- Providing additional therapeutic services as indicated
- Serving as a member of a mobile crisis response team
- Providing services in-home (Mobile Crisis Response), office-based, and telehealth
