This role involves managing personal injury cases from start to finish, requiring strong organizational skills, client communication, and knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims processes. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment
• Ability to manage a high volume of cases while supporting multiple attorneys
• Highly detail-oriented, efficient and accuracy in all aspects of case management
• 1-3 years' experience in pre-litigation case management
• Knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims process
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems
• Bilingual: English/Spanish Required

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly case reviews
• Perform client interviews and gather information for case development
• Communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills
• Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters
• Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files throughout each case's lifecycle
• Ensure clients feel supported and informed
