The Case Manager will report to the Senior Social Worker and be part of a team providing case management services. Key responsibilities include making referrals to community-based services, offering comprehensive clinical case management, and monitoring participant compliance. A crucial aspect of the role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders, including judges, court staff, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, and New York City defense organizations. This court-based clinical work is demanding and requires navigating diverse stakeholder perspectives.
