About The Position

The Center for Integration and Advancement of New Americans, Inc. (CIANA) Case Management Supervisor is a critical part of CIANA’s leadership team, managing CIANA’s case management programs, supervising volunteers and interns, providing casework counseling, and overseeing outreach activities. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Case Management Supervisor to lead our team in Astoria, NY. Requirements

The supervisor must be organized, flexible, and people-oriented, able to communicate across programs, a multi-tasker who can manage a shifting office environment
Minimum BA degree, two years’ experience in case management, and one year of supervisory experience
Experience with access to public benefits (Access/HRA portal and others)
Experience in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite

Nice To Haves

Preferably Bilingual (have proficiency in languages other than English, preferably Arabic, French or Spanish)

Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and support a team of case managers to ensure effective service delivery
Oversee caseload assignments and monitor case progress to ensure timely and appropriate interventions
Conduct regular case reviews, team meetings, and individual supervision sessions
Ensure compliance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards
Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, and social service agencies to coordinate client care
Identify training needs and provide ongoing professional development for case management staff
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to program outcomes and client services
