About The Position

KSA Integration is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides business and management solutions through two core portfolios: (1) Warrior Readiness, and (2) Warrior Care. We are a rapidly growing government contractor that has built a reputation for focused customer service, on-time performance, and continuous improvement. This position supports the AFRC Aeromedical Case Management Support as a Case Management Lead / Focal Point. Nearly 70,000 Air Force Reservists depend on timely aeromedical case processing to stay ready to fly, deploy, and serve, and this program keeps that pipeline moving for the Office of the Command Surgeon, Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command, at Robins AFB, Georgia. In this role, you lead a six-person aeromedical case processing team and serve as the single point of contact to the Government customer, owning quality control, workload balancing, reporting, and scheduling while processing cases alongside your team. This Position is Contingent Upon Award.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of medical administrative or case management experience, including 2+ years as a lead or supervisor.
  • Experience with DoD medical systems of record.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; strong written and oral communication.
  • Must be able to obtain a favorable Tier 1 (NACI) background investigation; current or prior investigation is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent military medical-administration service preferred.
  • USAF aeromedical, Physical Exams and Standards (PES), or flight-medicine administration background.
  • AIMWTS or PEPP fluency.
  • Prior Aerospace Medical Service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily case processing operations across Air Force medical systems (AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP, MEDXS); process cases roughly 60% of your time.
  • Run daily quality control: cross-system reconciliation, error correction within one duty day, and weekly case audits.
  • Serve as the accountable interface with the Government; deliver the Monthly Status Report and meeting minutes on time, every time.
  • Manage team schedules, absences, and cross-training; keep performance above contract thresholds through holidays, closures, and surge.
