About The Position

The Case Management Coordinator oversees coordinated participant services for ACTS Career Center workforce development programs, from outreach and enrollment through training, employment placement, and post-placement follow-up. The position provides day-to-day leadership and work direction to Case Manager Specialists, monitors caseloads and service quality, reviews participant records, coordinates case reviews, and supports staff in addressing complex barriers.
