We are actively searching for a part-time Case Assistant to join our team in, Phoenix, AZ. Are you ready to begin your career in the legal profession? This position is the perfect stepping-stone to becoming a case-handling paralegal.
Requirements
- Experience in a professional office setting required
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
- Well-developed customer service skills (internal and external)
- Solid grammar and punctuation skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Ability and affinity for adapting with various personalities and work styles
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze confidential client documents for content and description, and prepare production logs re same
- Competency in database entry
- Enter billable time in iTimekeep, on a daily basis.
- Perform other duties, special projects and tasks as assigned.
