Case Aide II
About The Position
JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking a Case Aide II to support families involved in the child welfare system. The role supervises visits between parents, children, and siblings, helping ensure safe, structured, and supportive family interactions. The position also includes coordinating with county workers, families, and community providers; providing transportation in a personal vehicle; covering cases; completing client intakes; and assisting with administrative tasks. The posting identifies the role as full time and requires evening and weekend availability. The listed location is Hamilton County, with a pay rate of $17.00–$18.00 per hour. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to pass required background clearances.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Willingness to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Supervise visits between children and their parents or siblings.
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment during visits.
- Collaborate with county workers, families, and community providers to coordinate services and share updates.
- Provide reliable transportation to authorized destinations using a personal vehicle.
- Provide case coverage and help maintain continuity of care.
- Complete thorough, organized intakes for new clients and families.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
