About The Position
The Cart Attendant assists our Ladies & Gentleman with handling their bags, cleaning clubs, staging carts, washing carts and putting carts away. Showing direction for our Ladies and Gentleman as they arrive. Promoting the facility and assisting our Ladies & Gentleman with any and all request or concerns. Will work under the supervision of the Director of Golf/Head Golf Professional. Will work with other golf operations staff and will have interaction with our Ladies & Gentlemen. Will work in all golf operations area when needed, we work as a team.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the game of golf
- Knowledge of use of mobile devices (tablet, I-Pad, smartphone) and radio
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Capable of driving a golf cart
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Maintain high visibility with guests
- Exhibit a "Can Do" attitude
- Be a people person
- Be courteous and personable to all guests
- Desire and dedication to provide superior customer service
- Be a proactive member of the team
- Support goals, objectives and Gold Standards within the organization
